Sometimes I feel like the old Chinese artist who said, ".at the age of 20 I thought I knew everything about drawing, at the age of 40 I thought I should study more, at age 80 I felt I could finally put a line on paper with some knowledge and I hoped to really understand how to draw when I was 100." This is true and as I achieve a keener awareness of the world around and in me -- I find I walk in my own paintings.
